Dog Walking & Day Care
Regular customers will be invoiced at the end of each month. One off bookings need to be paid for on the day before a task is carried out.
Pet Sitting
A short or long term booking will not be secure until a 50% non-refundable deposit has been made by either an on-line payment or a cheque sent to HAPPY PAWS.
Dog Behaviour Assessment
Full payment will need to paid on the first initial consultation visit. No charge will be made for the follow up appointment 2 weeks after the first appointment.
Thereafter, if any, private dog training sessions are required these will be charged at £75 per hour.
Dog Classes
Total cost of training courses to be paid prior to start date. No refunds issued.
Cancellations
No refunds issued due to the nature of the verbal and practical advice provided to owners.
