Dog Walking & Day Care

Regular customers will be invoiced at the end of each month. One off bookings need to be paid for on the day before a task is carried out.

Pet Sitting

A short or long term booking will not be secure until a 50% non-refundable deposit has been made by either an on-line payment or a cheque sent to HAPPY PAWS.

Dog Behaviour Assessment

Full payment will need to paid on the first initial consultation visit. No charge will be made for the follow up appointment 2 weeks after the first appointment.

Thereafter, if any, private dog training sessions are required these will be charged at £55 per hour.

Cancellations

No refunds issued due to the nature of the verbal and practical advice provided to owners.
